VantageKart Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the VantageKart Affiliate Program! By participating in our affiliate program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before joining.
1. Program Overview
The VantageKart Affiliate Program allows affiliates to earn commissions by promoting our products and services. Affiliates will receive a 10% commission on the base value of sales generated through their referral links and provide a 10% discount to end users who use the affiliate’s coupon code.
2. Eligibility
- Affiliates must be residents of India to participate in this program.
- Affiliates must provide valid contact details including a contact number, Instagram ID, YouTube ID, or website details during the registration process.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the base value of each sale made through their referral link.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing a unique coupon code that offers a 10% discount to end users.
4. Payouts
- Commission payouts will be processed on the 15th of each month.
- For example, commissions for sales made in August 2024 will be paid out on September 15, 2024.
- Payouts will be adjusted to account for any cancelled or returned orders.
- The minimum payout threshold is [specify amount if applicable, e.g., ₹1,000]. If the total commission earned is below this threshold, it will roll over to the next payment cycle.
5. Order Cancellations and Returns
- Commissions will be adjusted for any orders that are cancelled or returned.
- Affiliates will only receive commissions on confirmed sales where payment has been successfully processed and the order is not cancelled or returned.
6. Responsibilities
- Affiliates must use their best efforts to promote VantageKart products and drive sales through their referral links and coupon codes.
- Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the promotion of products and the use of referral links.
7. Contact Information
To join the affiliate program, provide your contact number, Instagram ID, YouTube ID, or website details as part of the application process.
8. Termination
- VantageKart reserves the right to terminate the affiliate program or an affiliate’s participation at any time, with or without cause.
- Affiliates may terminate their participation in the program at any time by notifying VantageKart.
9. Changes to Terms
VantageKart reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates, and continued participation in the program will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
